Hi everyone. My current roommates are leaving the city and I am looking for another roommate to share the flat. Looking for someone who will stay long term. Flat is located in Gorazdova Street No:8 in Prague 2 Nove Mesto near to Dancing House and 5 meters away from Karlovo Namesti metro station (Palackého Náměstí exit).
Rooms: One room is furnished with cupboard, working desk, office chair and a bed frame(180*200). As you see in pictures, 2 rooms are adjacent to each other and will be rented together.
I am looking for someone to share the flat. Basically you will rent a 2+1(shared kitchen) and seperate bathroom. Whole flat is 4+1
Suitable for couples
Kitchen: It is fully equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, stove and oven. Also with more than enough cutlery, cups, plates etc.
Location: For me, flat is in one of the best location in Prague. Close to city center/old town and other leisure activity areas such as Náplavka.
In surrounding there are multiple small markets and Albert/Billa in Charles Square where is nearly 500 meters away from the building.
Transportation: Karlovo Namesti station Palackého Náměstí entrance is at the next door of building entrance. Also, Palackého Náměstí tram station is 50 meters away from the flat.
Rent: Flat rent is 27000Kc/Monthly + 700Kc per-person for building maintenance
Utilities: All utilities (electricity, water, gas and internet) roughly cost 2000-3000Kc per-person (depending of usage especially in winter)
So overall rent is in between 16000-16500Kc. (everything included)
Rules: There is only one rule for the flat, our neighbors are really old people and they do not have any tolerance for noise and party. We have an agreement that no party or loud music after 10PM
Let me remind you this I am not renting the room. Looking for a roommate to share the flat which means you need to sign Renting Contract with our landlord as a tenant.
