So two rooms are available in a penthouse (duplex) flat. The first room (see all pictures at http://flatshare.rajce.idnes.cz/) is at the down floor and measures 12 m2. The second room (pictures in here and above mentioned web page) is actual a whole-, though small upper floor, with access to the terrace. The sleeping room itself there measures 10 m2. Actual the sleeping rooms are merely to store private stuff and to sleep, and of course for some privacy. It is merely the possibility of use of all the rest of the flat that makes the place that unique to be.
To the clean, quite situated flat belongs a full of light living-annex-eating room with laminate floor, two bathrooms and a 25 m2 terrace with sun from 10 AM till late evening.
To the upper floor belongs (besides the sleeping room of 10 m2), an own bathroom (shower/bath/toilet). To that, there is an open space (the baluster) as kind of own living-“room” with sofa, a study table and chair, and some plants. From this baluster you can walk to the 25 m2. terrace. Both rooms do have a big window, and are furnished with table, 2 big racks as wardrobe, a 2-persons bed and internet, cable and WiFi.
Internet, washing machine, and all side-costs are included in the rent.
We see forward to a nice, serious, social and quite person.
Location:
The apartment is in the quarter of Prague called Radotin ( https://mapy.cz/zakladni?x=14.3509642&y=49.9833706&z=13&source=ward&id=13592 ), a more quite-, village-like suburb of Prague (but still part of Prague, so the monthly card for Public Transport -incl. trams and subways- “Litacka” is valid), in ideal connection with the city itself via train and bus. From the flat it takes by foot 3 minutes to the train. In the peak-hours, there is a train (sometimes even simultaneously two trains) every ten minutes, that brings you from there in 8 minutes to the nearest Subway “Smichovske Nadrazi”. One stop further brings you in another 8 minutes to the centre (Central Train Station). There is also a bus-connection, approx. that takes 16 minutes to the nearest subway “Smichovske Nadrazi”. The flat is 200 meters away from the river the “Berounka”. Jogging ideal alongside the river. Me personally, after each running I love to jump shortly into the river. There are several quite beer-terraces alongside the river.
Shopping possibilities there are at 5-7 minutes distance (supermarkets, vegetable stores, drugstore, etc. There is a pizzeria and a kebab round the corner of the street). The evening shop at the corner of the street closes at 11 PM.
Flat share type:
Flat mates are (for now) a Dutch guy and a Czech woman. Both do have a job, one is working from home. There is also a small-, lovely, quite-, slow-, eternal begging hardheaded dog, a White Highland Terrier of 13 years, called “Maxik”.
We love peaceful harmony at our place, in all senses, sleeping, privacy, sound (e.g. music, screaming, etc.), dirt (e.g. dish washes, toilet, bathroom, etc.), smell (awful chemical „refreshers”) , disorder (no private stuff in common places), etc., in general, we disturb the others as few as possible.
We do eat meat, and often BBQ a the terrace. If there is a lot of sun, we do “close” that terrace then, with some sheets at the top, that lets through only 10% of the UV and provides superb shadow, indispensable, when like last year temperatures go up till 40°C. In the middle of the terrace we do use kind of shower, then.

Whenever a Czech person would apply for becoming flat mate, we demand for same reasons a withdrawal from both the registers 1) SOLUS (persons with debts in CR) and of the 2) Criminal Records).
