Me and my sister are looking for a flat mate to move in at the beginning of July. Vinařská Street (Prague 7, Letná) is amazing location for all of those, who want to live close to the centre (5 mins by tram) and at the same time enjoy going to parks (both parks Letna and Stromovka are 5 mins far by walking). This location offers all one might need within few minutes from home (bars, pubs, fast foods, restaurants, cinema – Bio Oko, grocery shops etc.)
– the room is very spacious – 25m² and light, is decorated with light brown painting and has very big windows with cream curtains and hardwood floor
– room will be only partly equipped – only large wardrobe will remain – but some other furnishes can be moved there if you would like to have it – such as coffee table, armchair and big shelf
– flat has 1 shared room 14m² with dining table, kitchen, bathroom separated from WC
– other equipment: gas cooker and electric oven, big fridge with freezer, washing machine, hoover, iron, ironing board, clotheshorse
– rent is 9 500 CZK including all utilities and Wi-Fi
